1979

International Commercial Supply (ICS) founded in Terryville, CT
With locations in Winsted, CT, and Las Vegas, NV, ICS positioned itself as an industry leader servicing service agencies, equipment dealers and others.

1983

Consolidated Commercial Controls (CCC) founded in Morton Grove, IL
CCC rose to meet the demand for an alternative source of replacement parts for commercial cooking equipment.

2008

AllPoints established
CCC and ICS consolidated to form AllPoints, the replacement parts distributor go-to-market brand.

2010

Tundra acquired
A national MRO products distribution platform with expanded customer channels and product offerings came together after acquiring Tundra, which was established in 1993.

2011

Centex acquired
The Centex acquisition increased the disposable product category and created cross-selling opportunities. Centex was established in 1951.

2012

Diversified Foodservice Supply (DFS) rebranding
Consolidating acquired companies led to rebranding under the DFS name, with separate go-to-market brands.
Franklin Machine Products (FMP) acquired
Adding FMP, which was established in 1918, to the portfolio made DFS the clear market leader through expanded MRO product offerings, national distribution capabilities, chain customer base and industry expertise.

2014

Mill Hardware acquired
Mill Hardware, established in 1981, added leading chain accounts and increased the scale of DFS.
Restaurant Parts & More (RPM) acquired
The acquisition of RPM, established in 2003, further increased scale by bringing in additional chain accounts

2015

Duraparts acquired
Established in 1977, parts and equipment distributor Duraparts joined the DFS family.
D.S.I. Parts, Inc. (DSI) acquired
Established in 1990, DSI, the leading distributor of foodservice parts and smallwares to national chain restaurants and their associated franchisees, brought established relationships and further market reach to DFS.
Restaurant Discount Warehouse acquired
DFS purchased Restaurant Discount Warehouse, which was established in 1982 as a supplier specializing in front-of-house service supplies.

2016

Lundco Supply acquired
Lundco Supply, established in 1990, was a regional parts distributor in Houston, Texas, that was purchased and merged into AllPoints.
HoodFilters.com acquired
Established 2008, HoodFilters.com is a leading direct marketer of commercial kitchen hood filters and ventilation products.

2017

KNG acquired
The purchase of KNG, established in 1965, brought DFS customization capabilities for front-of-the-house service supplies.
Factory Direct Worldwide acquired
The acquisition of Factory Direct Worldwide, a distributor of commercial kitchen parts for the commercial food industry, further expanded the DFS offering with refrigeration components and hardware, gaskets, gears, blower and fan motors, sensors, thermostats, blower wheels, ignition modules and gas valves.

2021

Global Commercial Parts acquired
The first acquisition of the 2020s was Global Commercial parts, a leading reseller of foodservice equipment repair parts. This acquisition was the perfect opportunity to grow DFS’s customer base through Global’s existing e-commerce presence.

2022

Gaskets Unlimited acquired
The DFS expansion continued with the acquisition of Gaskets Unlimited, the nation’s leading wholesaler and manufacturer of commercial refrigeration door gaskets.

2023

Espresso Parts Acquired
In the time since its inception in 1993, Espresso Parts has mastered the coffee universe with specialty supplies for cafe owners, baristas, and home brewers nationwide.
